Quantumrift's support team of three had kept pace with early growth through sheer knowledge of the product — but that approach had a hard ceiling, and inbound volume had tripled in six months. Resolution times were climbing and satisfaction scores were slipping for the first time since launch.

Challenges
Their product knowledge was real but unstructured — scattered across Notion pages, a public knowledge base, and internal video walkthroughs nobody had indexed. There was no single source of truth a system could be trained on reliably.
